Discover the force that keeps traffic and sales coming your way.How do you get lot's of good website traffic? First, I'll give you my opinion which has been tailored (of course) by my experience of having a few websites on the Internet. Every online merchant knows very well that, if you don't have traffic, then you don't sell. That's why on the Internet Superhighway, "traffic is like gold". It is precious. You can get it for free if you know how to appease the search engine spiders - like the googlebot. You can buy lots of it as well from pay-per-click search engines and "traffic mills." But whatever you do, youwant to make sure that your traffic is targeted. What is targeted traffic?Targeted traffic means getting visitors who find exactly what they are looking for when they click to you website. Simply, the information, product or service they find when they clicked the link that led to your page was what they targeted. You could also think of it as getting people whom you target to visit your website, but I prefer the previous description. Targeted traffic should not mean "a captive audience." It should be that the visitor has a need or an interest, you anticipate that need and provide the resource that is easily found by the visitor. But getting targeted traffic to your website can be tricky. I have listed some resources below that I have found to be very helpful in showing me how to turn traffic into sales.
